General Chat / Experimenting with AdventureCreator

Currently experimenting with Adventure Creator, which is a plugin for Unity.

It's not free, I had to pay 75 dollars from my own pocket. But hopefully it will help; I kept trying and trying to work within the limitations of AGS, but I've reached a point where it's just too exhausting. AGS is not missing a lot to be the perfect tool, but it's still missing that tiny bit that prevents efficient work in some areas (e.g. publishing safely on Mac and Mobile).
 
By the way I haven't done the switch. I'm still experimenting.

I believe I am playing on version 1.1. The issue I am having is the oar is not on the wall in the church, so I am unable to complete the demo. Not sure if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong. In the video I watched the oar is there the first time the church is entered.

Out of curiosity: Is the nomination for the "best demo" because "Relic of the Viking" is considered a demo, or does it refer to the old "Seven Cities" demo included in the package?

Imagine my surprise when I saw that the game "Maverick Gunn" was eventually released! It has been for 6 months!

For those who don't know, the creator of this game "donated" his assets to us several years ago, suggesting that his game would probably be an unfinished project. In honor of him, we draw Indy's antagonist based off the Maverick Gunn sprite, and we kept his name! There's going to be a Maverick Gunn in our game too!
